All our horsemen are from Soqma (ancascoha) which is the starting point of our trek. We make sure to employ responsible people who are serious about what they do. In this way, they do an excellent job transporting everyone’s items along the trail with mules and they take care of getting your equipment safely to each camp where it will be waiting for you.
Peru Trek provides all the mountain equipment and uniforms for the cyclists. These guys can be a great help in an emergency because they know the area and follow the trail like the back of their hand.

On the Ancascocha treks we have private campsites away from other groups and in some cases accommodation with local families for a truly unique experience.

Enjoy a good night’s sleep in our spacious Eureka tent. All of our tents are built to be four person tents, but you will only have to share them with one other hiker. This leaves plenty of room to spread out comfortably.
